What the Pho? sums it up. This great Pho shop @ 270 Victoria Street in Richmond, has just unveiled its simple but effective facelift and is back with its brilliant basic beef Pho menu.
Just the soup to slurp after a busy morning nic-naking in the north.
Its great to see these good standard restaurants stepping up with young staff and cool makeovers, whilst maintaining the old flavours and standards.
